Spring is associated with the WOOD Element. Discover ways to bring your whole-being health into balance. My Spring Newsletter has more details about how to bring balance for whole-being health during this time of rising Spring energy.

If you have difficulty sleeping, especially between 11 pm and 1 am (Gall Bladder) or 1 - 3 am (Liver), try gently holding the acupressure points to restore the circadian rhythms for those time periods. The point for 11 pm to 1 am is located at GB 41 on the top of your foot between the bones of your 4th and 5th toes. The point used between 1 am and 3 am is LV 1 , located on top of your big toes, at the base of the nail-bed nearest the 2nd toe. Use a gentle curved motion (like a comma) to lightly touch the points on both sides of the body for several breath cycles.

When the Wood element is in balance, you are able to be more flexible in life, like a tree swaying in the wind, instead of standing rigid in old beliefs that may no longer serve you. Here is some advice from a tree. May you Spring forth with JOY!
